Terry Peak Ski Area holds the title of South Dakota’s largest ski area, with over 25 trails, 600 acres of skiable terrain, three high-speed quad detachable chairlifts, a triple chairlift and the snow carpet. The summit clocks in at 7,100 feet, offering the highest lift service on this side of the Rocky Mountains.Terry Peak has four Chairlifts of which three are high speed quads, and one is a triple chairlift, in addition to the four lifts Terry Peak has one covered Snow Carpet surface lift on the beginners slope.
